Our Rewinding Process

How we take a burnt-out electric motor and bring it back to full running condition — step by step.

    Winding Inspection

    We test the coils and insulation to find the burnt or shorted windings, then give you a clear rewind quote.

  2. 02

    Stripping & Cleaning

    The old windings are removed and the stator core is cleaned and baked, ready to take fresh copper coils.

  3. 03

    Rewinding & Varnish

    New copper coils are wound to the original spec, insulated, and varnish-dipped for heat and moisture resistance.

  4. 04

    Testing & Handover

    The rewound motor is load-tested, balanced, and returned with a workmanship warranty — pickup & delivery included.
