1 Our Services

Motor Service provides motor repair, rewinding, and maintenance for electric motors, chiller compressors, water pumps, generators, and power tools across Abu Dhabi & Mussafah, UAE. The exact work to be carried out is agreed with you based on inspection of your equipment before any repair begins.

2 Quotations & Pricing

Any price we give before inspecting your equipment is an estimate only. A final quotation is provided after we inspect the motor and identify the fault. Work only begins once you approve the quotation.

If additional faults are found during the repair, we will contact you for approval before carrying out any extra work or charging any additional cost.

3 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our repair and rewinding work, as confirmed on your job sheet. This warranty covers the specific work we carried out. It does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or incorrect installation
• Faults in parts of the equipment we were not asked to repair
• Normal wear and tear after the repair
• Damage from power surges, water, or external factors

Please keep your job sheet as proof of service for any warranty claim.

4 Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, before delivery or collection of your equipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when you book your service.

5 Pickup, Delivery & Collection

Where pickup and delivery are offered, timings are arranged with you and are estimates that may be affected by traffic, location, or workload. Equipment left with us should be collected within a reasonable time after we notify you that the work is complete.

6 Turnaround Times

Any repair timeline we give is an estimate made in good faith. Actual time may vary depending on the fault, the size of the motor, and the availability of parts. We will keep you informed if a job is likely to take longer than expected.

7 Limitation Of Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Our responsibility is limited to the repair work we performed. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business or downtime, arising from equipment failure. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable UAE law.

8 Website Use

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Abu Dhabi.
